On the day a Perfect Saint was born, it behooves us all to determine exactly what "Operation Internal Look" truly means. IllumiNation has always existed for the benefit of the American People, and their friends around the globe in the hopes that someday, that title would apply to all who share this Planet with us. We have never been farther from that goal as we are today. Earth is not our true home, but it is truly all we have right now. Perhaps all ongoing conflict is centered on seizing the cradle of civilization before those who made us in their image return in less than a year. Perhaps it's all about putting a Woman in the White House before TIME runs out. IT IS POSSIBLE that all the conflict stoked by the guilty is aimed at the innocent, and that the new Qatar Air Base is, in fact, the manifestation of the greatest fear of those who eyed "Base closings" with suspicion, and those who live in terror and paranoia as they search for the Detention Centers hidden in our National Parks. Maybe 3,000 New Yorkers, the passengers on four airliners,
the victims of two paid assassins, a theatre full of Russians, and a country
full of Bangladeshis were murdered so a pathetic son could put his Father's
name on an American War ship.

Imams however, know what the Saints do, as They describe our condition as someone trapped in a lightless circular room; desperately trying to find the single door that leads to FREEDOM, and missing it everytime because of a thought produced by a Mind that prefers the Dark. | During the period 1992-1994, While living in Colorado,
and serving as Executive Director for the Colorado Springs Center For The
Contemporary Arts, I produced three yearly performance-based events at
the Garden of the Gods. These NO
FATE events, were based on an unfilmed premise from Terminator 2 /
Judgment Day; that the war against SKYNET is won by the Resistance in 2029,
when NORAD / Cheyenne Mountain is attacked and the mainframe which controls
all Terminator activity is destroyed. Uncomfortable with the image of local
Resistance members marching on the evil sanctuary like so many peasants
with high-tech torches in their hands, I opted for a more elegant solution.
For the second show, I contacted local role-playing gamers, and with their
input, created T3: The Battle
For Cheyenne Mountain. Play was contained within three locales: NORAD,
Falcon Air Force Base to the South, and Manitou Springs w/ its unexplored
cave system to the east. In the latter, a cache of hoarded pre-Judgment
Day information, including the very strategies and tactics designed during
T3, was discovered by the Resistance. Among the disks was a file named
OpTube ET 101; downloaded from the Internet prior to August 29, 1997. ET
101 began as a timeline of events SKYNET had compiled that ultimately led
to the decision to terminate Mankind, but also included examples of what
Humanity was truly capable of. The goal of subsequent games was to encode
ET101 into an OpTube; the SKYNET data storage format, and re-program the
NORAD mainframe with it, thus reversing SKYNET's original decision.
Subsequently, I read William Bramley's "Gods Of Eden".
In his introduction, he describes how he came to document the "history
of warfare". The
similarity of his result to my tracking down of the insidious nature of
those who control the human race, led to the concept of "lllumiNation:
View World Order", or Paradox Lost (depending on your point of view); the
logical progression of T3, and its inherent expose of the Illuminati /
Secret Government / Alien attempt to control reality.
In March of 1997, as Rogue Art Director at Planetary Mysteries, I posted the first online issue of FLYBYTE, and within it - ET101.html; the very file the Resistance will find in 2029. As the summer of 1998 is but a memory; we can only surmise that they were successful, and that the battle for Cheyenne Mountain was won as a result of T3. Judgment Day has come and gone, with so many other
things, but something remains. The manipulation of the Human Race; either
by itself, or something else, is both more obvious and more subtle than
ever. With even the LAST New Year's Eve of the 20th century now history,
the first year of the new Millenium is the perfect time to re-post the
follow-on to OpTube ET 101 (or Entrainment Tonight, as we called it); our
response to the war for men's minds that is the not-so-secret agenda of
IllumiNation.
December, 2001 The much hoped for "Year of disclosure" is going to end with someone having made their move BIG TIME, and DISCLOSURE itself a lost cause; lost, like the debate over the Supreme Court's illegal actions during the Last Election, Campaign Finance Reform, the new President's "jokes" about how "this would be so much easier if it was a dictatorship", or even his casual mention of "skipping a generation of weaponry". Lost (WHERE'S TIBET?) in the continual coverage (repeated if necessary) of the continual war and doublespeak predicted in the classic novel 1984. and that perhaps the best thing about 2001 as it slides into infamy
is that Stanley Kubrick didn't have to witness it.
Unfortunately, it's the NEXT three months we have to worry about. As Americans realize just who's neck the "noose" is in fact tightening around, and how close HATE WEEK truly is, they may find that they can no longer DO anything about it.
There have been many shocks this year and they aren't over though the year soon will be. Here's one that may be more important than it seems. Periodically I visit the links I originally found when IllumiNation! first went up; not only to maintain them, but to see the progress of pages I thought important years ago. Last time I went looking for a replacement for a dead link I noticed something that hadn't been the case in 1997. The first page of entries that came up in a search for "Council Of Nicea" all led off with "Buy", "Order", "In Stock".... How did THAT happen? With a growing sense of unease, I checked other links and to my surprise found the majority of them inactive, GONE. Themselves lost in the switch from Truth to Survival. Survival has been the name of the game since the first Soul left home, and Survival appears to be all that matters now. In the midst of the patriotic fervor and horror of mourning with the attendant mass graves of Loved Ones and Ideas left by the masterstroke of September 11, I am compelled to re-think IllumiNation! itself. Some of the addresses that are Not Found now grace the background; like names on a memorial wall that someone took the time to engrave lest they be forgotten. The rest are left in place; in a different kind of memory... a digital roll-call of the best the Internet had to offer when it served enlightenment instead of commerce. I invite you to find those still active and read them while you can. Out of Body Experience may have been Overcome By Events. Hope for Long-Range Capabilities superceded by the fear of Long-Term Facilities, but the NET is still a modern wonder of the world; where one can post anything for anyone (except Stanley) to see even if those reading it don't have your best interests at heart. I can't promise to continue to update IllumiNation! but I just may. It's STILL a free Planet. There may be only one option left. Some say it's always been the only option. The wisest of us say it's all that's ever been required of us. To leave this world with a clear conscience. Prior to September 11th, I had forgiven George W. Bush. When he faced some of the same decisions I had to make, he caved and let his father make them for him. It's sad that the leader of the free world was never allowed the freedom my father gave me. Since September 11th, it's obvious that Osama Bin Laden never even made it that far. His life was over before it had ever begun. What blame can be assigned a child of ten? Were you a demon at that age? These two men have more in common than bad business dealings, corrupt bloodlines, or even misguided parents. I'm not sure which deserves our pity or blame more. Murder is murder however, and I can only hope that they snap out of their respective delusions before any more of us die. The Stars await our arrival and the Human Race can still make the decision that is the birthright of us all; a conscious declaration of Independence from tyranny of ALL types. Holy War may be the ultimate oxymoron, but it will be our just reward if we refuse to understand our situation, our brothers, our selves. The Buddha proclaimed that this world was the world of suffering and that he would not return to HIS Father until every sentient being had. I suggest we all turn away from the nightmares of others and re-trace our own steps in order to make his wait as short as possible. These may be the End Times. They certainly qualify as the "interesting times" warned of in the Chinese curse, but they are OUR times and we will look back on them some day as we explain our part in them to our children's children's children. IllumiNation! has always documented the History that if ignored is doomed to be repeated, while suggesting the possibility that someone or some thing profits from that very mistake. Yes, things have definitely changed and all bets are off, but the solution to our shared quandry may yet become obvious. I don't think it will be for half the planet to hate George W. Bush while the other half hates Osama Bin Laden. Especially as day by day, it becomes more and more obvious that we ALL are weakened by such prejudice and short-sightedness. I'll close this final UPDATE with a quote from the true forerunner to IllumiNation!; a 1994 issue of FLYBYTE, the free Colorado Springs publication that was dedicated to "UPDATING THE IMPOSSIBLE": "We may wake up one day with only the memory of our freedom, if even that is left us. If someone* has their way, we may never have ours, finding ourselves wishing to have lived the lives we dreamed of, instead of the ones we settled for. Nyaaah....." There were many others that I had intended to pose in this UPDATE, but as of today; September 12, 2002, they are all moot. The President of the United States; the Commander In Chief of the world's last remaining Superpower has put Iraq in check, and the rest of the Planet on hold . There may be someone however, who has put him, and the United States in checkmate, and all we can do now is wait to exhale. In 1989, we saw footage of Chinese students massing in Tiananmen square. We saw them erect a crude copy of the Statue of Liberty and demand Freedom and Democracy. We saw the Red Army called in by the Politburo to restore order, and we saw Chinese tanks roll in to back them up. We saw the lone man standing in front of one, continually moving to block its progress. What we didn't see was the slaughter that followed. Many wondered why the United States did nothing. "We" did nothing because the father of the current President
was on his way to China to procure their tacit agreement not to interfere
with his own plans for the upcoming Gulf War. The price? "Our" tacit approval
of the murder of over ten thousand University students who wanted nothing
more than to be like "us". No wonder George Herbert Walker Bush threw up
at an official Japanese dinner on his way to China. He got his war and
China went unchecked. Iraq got it's tacit consent to invade Kuwait and
as a result of "liberating" a country even less democratic than China,
the United States got to keep it's airbases in Saudi Arabia as surely as
Saddam Hussein got to keep his palaces in Baghdad. When asked to leave
by the countries that had invited us, we simply said "We'll leave when
the job's done...", even though we were asking for future reprisal of the
most virulent kind from the Radical Muslim fundamentalists that viewed
our continued presence in the land of Mecca and the Kaaba as the greatest
insult possible. Hussein returned to Baghdad, we stayed in Saudi Arabia,
and the "job" remained undone...
September 11, 2001. A Chinese Peoples Liberation Army transport landed in Kabul Afghanistan. The Chinese officials had come to sign a contract; the very contract Osama bin-Laden had requested. A contract that provided the Taliban with state of the art communications, missile defense, and air defense systems in exchange for the Taliban's promise to end Muslim extremist attacks in China's northwestern provinces. Attacks that stopped as the Bush Administration's "War On Terror" began, and systems that have yet to be used. A year and a day later, the Son is going Back to Baghdad (B2B) to finish the job his Father left for him, and the United States will take over the oil fields of the Middle East once and for all; with or without permission. With China's abstention in the upcoming Security Council vote now forced on the United Nations, the murderers in the Politburo will virtually guarantee the nightmare scenario depicted above. As I write this, our weapons are on the move to bases constructed for profit by the very Administration that argued for their necessity, and "ordies" are no doubt chalking "Stranger in the Night" on a new level of weapons destined for the bellies of Stealth Fighters or their TOP SECRET successors. Colin Powell, acting as Secretary of State before he actually BECAME Secretary of State, let it slip on "Meet The Press" that "America could lose a city but our way of life would not end. We can however, and would end the culture of anyone that might attack us". China and their paid assassin have already found the loophole in this lop-sided and insane version of Mutually Assured Destruction, and as long as the ORANGE ALERT is extended and in place, I fear not for the Big Apple... but for it's West Coast counterpart. With the "Big Orange" radioactive for the foreseeable future, our leaders can then gladly wipe out the Cradle of Civilization with a vengeance and miss the target completely. The biggest fear of the Bush Administration is not biowarfare or dirty bombs. It is not box cutters or exploding running shoes. It is that the people they control will find out who really killed 3,000 New Yorkers in cold blood. Perhaps this is how Civilization dies. The last remaining force capable of imposing it's will upon all others finally attempts to do so; triggering a catastrophe that by its very nature is never documented or remembered except in buried racial memories and myths left over from a bygone age no one can really prove existed. Believing to the end that Might made Right and that they were the best system of government on Earth when in fact they were just the last system to fall; they marched in lock step into Oblivion. It's even possible that such tragic blunders are the way it should be. If those given Life on a planet of their own can't enjoy it in peace and harmony maybe they don't deserve such a Gift in the first place. I can hear the cosmic sigh of a Supreme Being who finally gives up and lets things take their embarrassing course yet again. Unfortunately, the image that persists is from "The Right Stuff" when the Officer hanging up on the Reporter intent on announcing Yeager's triumph to the world explains: "Well, someone figured it out that way, and tha's the way it's going to be...". Well, that thinking HAS worked for my lifetime. Maybe it will continue to postpone the inevitable. Maybe not. Maybe the Inevitable will arrive; invited once again, tomorrow.

| Several nights ago, while trying to keep this short (TOO
LATE!), I caught Kathleen Madigan on Comedy Central, and hopefully more
than half of you out there know where I'm really going with this. In comedy,
timing is everything and hers was perfect. By the time her LAUGH OUT LOUD
take on UFO sightings, First Contact, Alien Abductions, and missing Mars
probes was finished, I would have done ANYTHING for that Woman... for a
week at least.
My next thought was "What man wouldn't?", which, so close to the one year anniversary of 9-11, led to the obvious: How can "they" hate a culture responsible for such a human being"? After googling her and finding numerous sites, I realized that there are ANY NUMBER of American Women who could stop a war if given an hour, much less a week, alone with a fool Hell-bent on starting one. I settled on twelve, and to my delight (not to mention my swelling pride), found sites linkable to ALL OF THEM. I knew I was in trouble when I started thinking of how I could possibly explain how Geena Davis' mesh left breast protector was probably the most erotic fashion statement known to Man. But I knew what I had to do and unlike Frodo, didn't mind the task at all. I would not wish the President of the United States or the leader of Al-Qaeda on any of these Ladies even though George W. Bush, or Osama bin-Laden, or any one of the millions of red-blooded males they think they represent, would be infinitely better off after such an experience. So, instead of a dizzying grid of male spin-doctor pundits for profit (you can turn to Cable News for that), I offer the above tabled example of the best the West has to offer. It speaks for itself, but there is still ONE red-blooded American male who will ask the one question that might stop the next suicide bomber or genocidal tyrant in his tracks. A question (my only one so far...) that should strike fear into the hardened hearts of any Islamic fundamentalist; Wahabi or otherwise, far more effectively than any unknown weapon we could possibly threaten them with: "Who needs 72 virgins when you have twelve Women such as these?"

| Nine months from now...
Yesterday at the United Nations, George W. Bush accused Saddam Hussein of a "decade of deception". What would you call 26 years? That is how long ago the Viking Mission discovered a mile wide face staring up from the Cydonia region of Mars. Of course, that was in 1976; when you could actually sit in the control room at JPL and watch data stream in from other worlds. Worlds we had paid to see. Several of us were there on that historic July afternoon and one of us will never forget it. He bought NASA's official explanation of the "Face" as a "trick of light and shadow". Everybody did. He even returned the next day to hear that when the "Face" was looked at again, it "wasn't there". But, it was he alone, that checked out the orbital data for said pass only to find that Cydonia had been in darkness at the time, and that THAT was why the "Face" hadn't shown up! The deception that began that day continues to this one, and the "researchers" who have spent over two decades trying to get at the truth are farther from it than ever. They have been marginalized, neglected, and now just plain ignored; left to play the Fool, a role they could have avoided, chose not to, and now have to live with. Debate over the symmetry or asymmetry of the Face, and what either of those theories means still continues, even though when higher resolution photography DID appear (farmed out to a private company that could legally withold it from the American public for 6 months) it may have simply shown a collapsed monument with no exposed artificial structure underneath. Monument, however, is STILL the operative word, as a monument implies sentience if nothing else. At least one Science-Fiction author has already attempted to cut the conspiratorial "sabotage" trail off before it began, even though a "trail" has already been mapped out from the Martian plain to the "nose" of the gigantic artifact by those who still insist "it isn't worth exploring". As I have already said about far more earthly matters, this is all moot. Merriam-Webster Online defines Monopoly as: "exclusive ownership through legal privilege, command of supply, or concerted action", oligopsony as "a market situation in which each of a few buyers exerts a disproportionate influence on the market", and Machiavellian as "principles of conduct marked by cunning, duplicity, or bad faith". We've had 26 years to read between the lines, but those who had the courage to speak for us in the first place may have been manuevered into "massaging the data" for personal gain while accusing those with differing views of doing exactly that. The word I couldn't find an explanation for would have described how two parties; unaware of a third party who had started the argument, continually argued useless points to that 3rd party's ever accruing advantage. The ever more frantic discussions of, and the increasingly rude claims to the "truth" about UFO sightings, First Contact, Alien Abductions, and missing Mars probes no longer benefit those involved in promoting same or those who listen to them. In fact, it may be doing more harm than good to blindly believe in anyone or anything under the circumstances. To his credit, the man that first thrust the "Face" in the world's face has done everything humanly possible to attain his original goal no matter how it appears to change over time. Today, he still doggedly demands the cooperation so necessary to prove what can NOT be proven without a manned mission to Mars (it might happen in your lifetime, but if you're reading this... IT ALREADY COULD HAVE!). Don't hold your breath. Y2K and 2001 have come and gone, and if Planet X is another non-event in September of 2003, there really isn't anything on the "Conference / Seminar / book tour" horizon until the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2013. To paraphrase Elrond; King of the Elves, "Things are going to get a bit thin...". Personally, I feel that the "Third Millenium" (whenever THAT started) will truly arrive, or at least get really interesting, when a totally original and unique idea takes hold of the Human Race and forces a change that none of us might have ever expected even though we all secretly expect it. Here it is. The Face on Mars is female. This simple thought changes everything. More potentially devastating than finding out the Moon landings WERE hoaxed after we found out that Human Beings CANNOT LEAVE low-earth orbit and the boundary of the Ring Pass Not it marks (even though our machines have left the Solar System), is the discovery that ALL cover-ups; no matter how insidious or inconsequential, quiver and shake at the feet of the "Mother of all Cover-ups": That a Matriarchal, non-technological, Spiritual Oligarchy existed on an Oceanic Mars millions of years ago. A peaceful society forcibly replaced by a male dominated, fear motivated, weapons based system of Military & Corporate control. A system that began pitting Island against Continent, Citizen against Citizen, Man against Woman: disrupting the primal forces of Nature with weapons technology that ultimately blew the Martian atmosphere into space, and extinguished the thriving life below. We still have a chance to keep that from happening here, on THIS Planet, and I STRONGLY suggest we take it.
