Tycho Magnetic Anomaly / Jupiter MESSAGE
Clavius analysis
The single radio emission that was aimed
at Jupiter consists of what appear to be individual data
streams or coded packets of information, all tied together
yet describing different data. Though the Tycho object
has yet to duplicate the earlier event of April this year,
the signal itself was picked up and recorded by numerous
satellites and spacecraft between the Moon and Jupiter;
most notably Deep Space Monitor 79, and the High Inclination
Probe-21. This initial chance redundancy enabled the complete
capture of the event when all data was compiled by the agency.
It was not however, until the computing power of several
SECRET projects, most notably the Martian Mapping Mission
(Observer M-15), was applied to the event data that an
initial pattern began to emerge. At that point, the proportions
(1X4X9) of the Tycho Monolith were used to arrange the
digitized signal.
At a resolution of 9,000 rows of 4,000
characters, the key to the Jupiter signal was finally
revealed.

It is a complete record of 4 million
years of Earth's history, ending at the moment the Sun
triggered the previously buried Monolith, and the signal
was sent.
Moreover, when current population models
are applied to the TMA-1 signal it is theoretically possible
that there is a separate, unique, and discreet history
for every individual that has ever walked the Earth.
This EYES ONLY project; now code named
BLACK BOOK and funded at the highest level, gives new
credence to earlier rumors concerning the reason for burying
an object on the Moon when Life on the planet it orbits
had just begun to look up. Whoever is responsible for
the Monolith may also be responsible for the sentience the
Human Race has taken for granted. Whoever or whatever they are,
they now know the most intimate details of what we have done
with the Gift we were given.
Recommendation: As there will be
no further opportunity to add to the above record, we
must assume that we have triggered an alarm. Preparations
to deal with a WORST CASE scenario should proceed under the
greatest secrecy and at the greatest possible speed as we don't
know if the Jupiter signal will be greeted with trepidation
or pride.
If, indeed, it is noticed at all.
