anticipated "Return to the Moon" speech is missing from the "100th
Anniversary of Flight" Presidential address.
January 14, 2004. We still wait
to hear George W. Bush, like his father before him, announce the
United States' return to the Moon.
If he applies himself as he did
in Iraq, we could be back on the Moon in months.
It is an election year however and
maybe he'll just stall (2015?), or worse yet, perhaps the negative
polling data since the "Moon / Mars Initiative" was floated will
allow him to side with the "public" while taking SECRET steps
to keep the Chinese from claiming the Moon and the structures
they may find there as their own.
Structures guarded by those who
forced us to leave and never come back.

Beyond the reality of politics or
